Khan Khalili

Eslam collected us in his racing car tonight, and once we picked up Nana it was off to the Khan Khalili bazaar area. In order to not agitate the locals, we took very few pix, but it was an experience not-to-be-missed. The area is open all night, and it's CROWDED. We went for tea and shisha (flavoured tobacco in a waterpipe)at the famous El Fishwa coffee shop, then repaired to Eslam's favourite pigeon shop. The pigeon was delish, but the bad news is, (for me) now my arms are covered in hives. Got back to the hotel at 3AM.
