Permits, please

We were told to pick up our film permit at the communications ministry office at the airport.

Trouble is... there's no such office.
We spent much of the day searching 2 terminals at the airport only to track to office down at the national TV building downtown.

Then the promised "complete package" turned out to include an introductory letter to apply for the antiquities permit.

No shooting old stuff today... ack.
