Mixjah

We met, fell in love with the music of, interviewed, hung out with , Mixjah. PLUS all their kids. You might not expect to find an original reggae-ska machine like this in Hawai'i but these guys really ROCK. They also came out later and swamped around in the pool with us. Check out Mixjah.com. After the rehearsal/concert we asked them where we should shoot the interview - they suggested Coconut Island.
"What's that ? A restaurant or bar ?"
"Uh, no, it's an island"
Jason's daughter Isis grabbed me by the finger and led me around the island when we got there. So cute i almost plotzed.
