Sandhya ROCKS !

We played a little telephone tag, and then we hooked up with Sandhya. She is wildly knowledgeable about all things Mumbai.
She met us at the home of Mohandas Gandhi. Upon his return from South Africa, the Mahatma lived in this house for a number of decades, Shea was aware of Gandhi, but when the details of his life were revealed, it really moved her.
Shea spent much of the rest of the day suggesting ways that we could help India’s street kids. She’s such a sweet kid, it’s almost sick.
It’s difficult to express our thanks to Sandhya, as she turned the day around, causing us to rise from deep depression (Bollywood) to elation at having so much great stuff. She wouldn’t take any loot either.
